The SCSBA Workers' Compensation Trust maintains a level of integrity and aggressive claims handling unrivaled in the industry.

Programs such as in-house bill review, dedicated loss control initiatives and designated panels of defense attorneys and physicians enable SCSBA Workers' Comp to control claims costs and reduce premium increases.

Nine adjusters are coordinated into territories throughout the state in order to provide two dedicated adjusters for each school district. We communicate regularly with our member districts and offer personalized training to district personnel.
